Our lawyers have handled over 3,000 court and administrative proceedings, gaining experience and reputation in many disputes with major social and economic implications.

We conduct proceedings before common courts and arbitration tribunals, the Supreme Court as well as before public authorities and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.

Litigation, arbitration and administrative disputes are an important area of PRW Legal’s practice.  We analyse each dispute individually, develop a mediation and negotiation strategy and recommend an appropriate course of action. We act on the basis of a timetable agreed with the client and ensure that the process runs effectively.
