He has participated in the preparation and execution of more than 100 M&A transactions for companies in sectors including new technologies, real estate, and industrial manufacturing.
Radosław served as a member of management and supervisory boards of Polish and international companies, including entities listed on regulated markets.
Since 2020, Radosław serves as Managing Director of PRW Legal.
