Damian specializes in civil and commercial advisory, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, with particular focus on agreements related to construction projects. He advises clients on claims arising from disruptions in construction investments and represents clients in civil and commercial disputes before common courts.
Damian is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and the American Law Center of the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida.
