Radosław is an experienced leader and specialist in the field of Polish and international company law. He has a background in economics and law and has more than 15 years of experience in transaction and corporate advisory, gained on the European and Asian markets. He has been involved in the preparation and execution of over 100 M&A transactions for companies in a wide range of industries, including new technologies, real estate and manufacturing.

Radosław has held executive and supervisory positions on the boards of Polish and international companies, including those listed on regulated markets.

Since 2020, he has been serving as the Managing Director of PRW Legal Wiącek i Wspólnicy.
