Beata is a tax advisor and lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. She holds a certificate of the Minister of Finance in accounting. She specialises in the taxation of business organisations and holding companies, in particular VAT and corporate income tax. She utilises the synergy of her many years of experience as a tax advisor and the experience she has gained as a chief accountant and auditor working with SMEs.   

Beata has written numerous memoranda and analyses on the tax consequences of mergers and acquisitions, including tax planning of share transfer transactions.
